The hotel is in line with its class, very modern, Western style and as soon as you enter the lobby, you are greeted by helpful staff. Although we arrived earlier than check-in time, we were given a room quite quickly, they even took us to show us if it was suitable for us. Since we were together with a teenage child, an extra bed was set up. The service is at a high level, all the staff are helpful, room service kept asking if anything was missing, and brought us bottled water. The ventilation in the room works well, the air in the room is pleasantly dry, you don't feel the humidity from outside. There is carpet in the room, so it's cozy. Everything is very clean, there are no smells from either the bedding or artificial fragrances in the corridors. There is a small but good pool on the 11th floor, towels are provided. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, helpful waiters, and dishes are prepared to order for breakfast.

The whole experience from booking, check in and room and food were excellent. I have to say what wonderful hardworking staff with our 2 days stay. From the Reception desk. Khushboo, GitaAngeli and desk staff were excellent. They stayed calm and were most helpful at every request. From the bar area, Herendra looked after us with food, drinks and went well beyond what was asked of him. We were so impressed with the hardworking breakfast staff with whom I can honestly say the choices of vegetarian options for me were just fantastic and service at the top level. The room service allocation team led by Gaurav and Aartik were fabulous in making our stay so wonderful. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

We stayed one night only as wanted a hotel close to Mumbai international airport. The room was smashing and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Comfortable bed, very clean room and bathroom, small problem with the TV which an engineer fixed within 10 minutes of reporting the issue. Room service very good and dining room staff very knowledgeable and attentive. We enjoyed our dinner in the ground floor restaurant .

Staff was friendly and helpful. We were in Mumbai for Coldplay concert and thankfully Radisson was one of the few that finally honored our reservation and didn't back out. They made our entire stay stress-free. Room service was good. The room was spacious and clean. They set up extra bed in our room for our friend. Breakfast buffet was good. Location was good, close to the airport and not very far from Bandra/Juhu beach.

The property was close to the airport and quite central to shopping and restaurants and night life. The Spa and pool facilities were great.

We had a 2 night stopover at Mumbai on our way to Agra. We selected this Radisson hotel being close to the airport and SJ Studios for a Bollywood tour. Location is perfect for these things as the traffic is often heavy at the junctions around this area and although only a short distance away it takes extra time to get anywhere. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. We had a great experience on arrival at reception and the suite room was spacious and clean, with wonderful views over towards the airport. The room was ideal size for 3 adults as we were travelling together and needed an extra bed. Fiona restaurant breakfasts were very good, plenty of food options. Also, the buffet dinner and a la carte menu food was good selection to stay at hotel. The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing and views, and the adjacent steam room and sauna were an added bonus to our experience. We are pleased we arranged for the hotel airport transfer driver for pick up and drop off who offered a convenient and friendly service.

I was immediately impressed with the hotel’s beautiful interior. From the moment I stepped out of the car, I was welcomed by a warm and kind valet service. The reception staff were equally kind and respectful, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. My room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and whenever I requested housekeeping, they arrived promptly and were happy to help. The rooftop pool was a highlight, with its perfect chilled temperature and stunning city skyline views. Room service was also exceptional, with fabulously kind staff who made the stay even more enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel, lovely entrance, gardens, rooftop infinity pool with 360 views over Mumbai was brilliant. Staff were delightful and even upgraded our room free of charge which was a lovely treat! Breakfast was a sensation, and though we didn't end up having it, the evening buffet looked to die for!

The check in was warm and friendly all thanks to Sunjay and the other gentlemen. Even though I had forgotten my wallet, they even helped me arrange change for my taxi ride. a big shout out to the IRD Head, I appreciate he came personally to enquire about my current experience and inform me that my feedback wasn't in vain and I agree they have improved their response time much greater now. I was also assured of their quality standards. The food was nice, the drinks were good. 10/10 for IRD for sure. Breakfast was decent and had some incite full talks with Dharmendra the Asst manager if my memory services me right. Housing staff did an amazing job as usual its one of the reasons why I keep coming back, I trust the HK standards of Radisson Blu. And thanks to all the FO agents , Security, Concierge and supporting staff that made my stay pleasant.
